Explain TNG, please! Also, is that a House avi?

My own life was a trial size that came in the mail with a sample of Tide. I tried it, and it was really weird. I went back into the house and everything had been taken away and replaced with an exact duplicate. It was like having deja vu and amnesia at the same time. I felt like I had forgotten it all before. Then I realized I was dyslexic, so it was okay to relive some good memories. I just chalked it up and went for a swim. I found that by swimming in a plethora of melted dry ice, I don't even need to bring a towel to dry off.
I stole a lot of these ideas, of course. There's a word for doing that, but I can't remember what it is. There's a book that helps with this conundrum, but I can't remember what it's called. What's another word for 'thesaurus?' Ironically, there's a word to describe that coincidence as well, but even more ironically, and bereft of the type of book whose name don't recall, I can't remember what it is.
See what happens when I watch TNG? I think Q is f*ck*ng with me. lol
